Overview

Sway is a vacation rental management company that needed dedicated landing pages to capture leads in specific markets. I built two new lead-capture pages — for Phoenix and Scottsdale vacation rental management — in Webflow, matched to their existing website theme.

Alongside the new pages, I optimized the site's mobile performance, raising its score from 54 to 90 for a faster, smoother experience where most of their traffic lives.

Challenge

Location landing pages need to convert. Each page had to speak directly to a local market, present the offer clearly, and make submitting an inquiry effortless — while staying perfectly consistent with Sway's existing brand and Webflow theme.

On top of that, the site's mobile performance was underperforming at 54, hurting both user experience and search visibility on the devices most visitors use.

Approach

I built the pages on the existing theme for consistency, then tackled performance systematically.

  1. Match the existing theme

Built both landing pages in Webflow to align seamlessly with Sway's established brand and design system.

  2. Localize the message

Tailored each page for its market — Phoenix and Scottsdale — with focused, conversion-driven copy and layout.

  3. Design for lead capture

Structured clear inquiry forms and calls to action to make submitting a lead effortless.

  4. Optimize mobile performance

Improved the site's mobile score from 54 to 90 through targeted performance work for faster loads and better rankings.
