Overview
Athena Commercial is an end-to-end commercial consultancy that helps businesses win contracts and optimise procurement — bid management, contract management, financial modelling, and public-sector framework work.
That kind of business has a lot to say and it keeps growing: multiple services, the technologies they work with, an expanding library of case studies, and an ongoing blog. I built their website in Webflow with a heavy CMS so every one of those areas is a dynamic collection the team can manage without touching the design.
Challenge
The site couldn't be a set of static pages. Services, technologies, case studies, and blog posts all needed to be added, edited, and reordered by the client over time — each with a consistent, on-brand layout.
That meant designing a proper content model: several CMS collections, dynamic template pages, and the relationships between them (case studies tied to services and technologies), all wrapped in a clean, credible, responsive front end that reads well for a professional B2B audience.
Approach
I treated the content structure as the foundation and built the front end on top of it.
Model the content
Designed Webflow CMS collections for services, technologies, case studies, and blog posts, with the relationships between them.
Build dynamic templates
Created reusable CMS template pages so every service, technology, case study, and post renders consistently and on-brand.
Develop the front end
Built the marketing pages in Webflow with a clean, credible design suited to a professional B2B audience.
Make it self-manageable
Structured everything so the team can add and update content themselves — no developer required.
Development Highlights
- Heavy CMS architectureServices, technologies, case studies, and blog all built as dynamic Webflow collections.
- Related contentCase studies connected to the services and technologies they involve for richer navigation.
- Client-managedReusable template pages let the team add and edit content without breaking the design.
- Responsive B2B buildA clean, credible, fully responsive front end for a professional audience.
A growing commercial consultancy given a website that grows with it — services, technologies, case studies, and blog all managed in Webflow CMS.
Outcome
The result is a scalable, content-rich website that Athena Commercial's team runs themselves. New services, technologies, case studies, and blog posts drop straight into consistent, on-brand templates — a heavy Webflow CMS build wrapped in a clean, responsive front end that keeps pace with the business as it grows.
